To enable the Department to further process your application, you must provide the following information:

1. Confirmation of your Personal Details. This information must include your full name, country of birth, date of birth, country of citizenship and gender as it appears in your passport.

2. A copy of the personal details and identity photo page of your current passport. (Please ensure your passport copy is sent as an attachment to your email).
